Professional Sales Manager (PSM®)
This program is designed for the people in the sales management position or the people willing to be in a sales management position. The certificate holder is trained to be a leader in a sales team: to continually provide onsite training and motivation to his/her team members, prevent negative influence and inject positive influence to the team, foster team work, recruit right person, put the person on the right position, maintain a dynamic sales environment.
To be admitted by this program, the candidate must have at least one of the designations as PFP®, EPFP® or EBFP®, or one year experiences in management position, or more then two years experiences as top 20% producer in the company. To receive the certificate, the candidate has to complete the following five courses:
