Chairman of the Institute
Dr. Thomas Hopkins, JD,CPA, Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, sixteen years experiences as a in house attorney for insurances companies, five years in local law firm, specialized in estate planning.

Dean of school
Dr. Diana Lopez, Ph. D in Education, seven years as an administrator and four years as a dean for wilforson College. Specialized in education administration.

Director of Professional Training
Jesse Wang, Master of Art in Economics, Life Underwrite Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF), Member of General Agency Management Association (GAMA). In the ten years service for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the America's largest life insurance company, Mr. Zhang was a Leaders Conference qualifier for three time on the roll when he was a sales representative. In 1998, he was promoted as agency director responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and performance management. He was a Management Leaders Conference qualifier.

Director of Financial Training
Kelvin Moore, MBA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Member of AICPA. Eleven years public accounting experiences in Big Five, and eight years in private company as a internal auditor. Seven years part time instructor in community colleges.

China Affair Coordinator
Teck H. Tan, Bachelor of Science, twenty nine years experiences in insurance industrial, and nineteen years as a team leader, manager and trainer.

Student Advisor
Jack Shah, Master of Art in Educational Foundation, Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Three years financial services for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the America's largest life insurance company. Six years experience as a public accountant and two years experience as a controller in private company.
